Taking part in the study

In both cases you will contribute to produce evidence based proof of the connection between Coaching
and Science. You will also be able to stand out in a growing competitive market as a coach open to innovation.
In addition, you will receive CEE and free license subscription or mentoring support, according to your involvement.
For the Research Team, which is more actively involved in the project development, we are planning extra benefits to be discussed.

Criteria
Coaches who take part in the study
We are looking for coaches who hold an ICF credential, or a certification from another entity and newly trained coaches ready to launch their activity as internal or external coach. You will be asked to coach at least one client for a minimum of 6 sessions and receive AI evidence based feedback.

Research Team
We are looking for experienced coaches/mentors holding a PCC or MCC credential. Besides coaching one or more clients, your will participate in the development of the Research project.
