Session 1 - April 24 Fundamentals of AI in Coaching Introduction of AI and contextualization of Coaching in the realm of AI; Development of specific coaching skills for leaders in AI; Challenges and opportunities in coaching with AI.
Session 2 - April 30 Advanced application of AI in coaching In depth exploration of ways to integrate AI in coaching sessions; Exploration of ethical principles related to the use of AI in coaching.
Session 3 - May 8 Personal growth and advanced strategies Coaching for personal development in AI; Knowledge and confidence you need to build an innovative and competitive business.
Final test - May 10 Course completion Self-paced practice evaluation; Conclusion; Final feedback and future action plan.
